Policy on Substitutions
Changing the name of the registered participant (but not the registered day) is acceptable, even up to the day of the workshop.
Substitutions are allowed at any time, even up to the day of the workshop. Although not required, we do appreciate being notified of changes so the registration list can be corrected and enables us to register participants more efficiently at the workshop.
Email changes to email@example.com. Specify the name of the registered person and the name of the person who will take his or her place.
Credit cards, checks, purchase orders, and cash are accepted. To reserve space at the conference, fax your registration form and purchase order or credit card information to 512.868.3634. Please, DO NOT make travel arrangements until your attendance at the workshop has been confirmed.
